Due to ongoing family and work commitments, the committee have decided that we are no longer able to commit to the huge amount of time and effort needed in organising the Kesgrave Music Festival. Over the last 10 years we have raised well over £100,000 for St Elizabeth Hospice, which was our original target! So a huge thank you to everyone for all your support and help over the years.
We will still be fundraising throughout the year with the Easter Egg Hunt, 'Kegrave 5k' fun run and Auction Night.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us, thanks again for your support.
Regards, KMMF Organising Committee
Kate Moyes was a kind and wonderfully warm person whose life was cruelly taken in August 2005 by a very aggressive form of cancer. She is dearly missed by all her friends and family and as a mark of remembrance we decided to organise a Music Festival for Kesgrave, the town in which she lived.
St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people living with a progressive illness. Their work is centred around an individual's needs, whether at home, in the community or at the Hospice. Kate's family and friends decided to create a Tribute Fund in her memory, to date the Fund contains over £100,000.
Some photos of the Kesgrave Music Festival and 'Kesgrave 5k' fun run over the last 10 years, 2005 - 2015! Thank you to all of you that have come along and supported us, you may recognise yourselves in some of the pictures. Plus some amazing shots of all the bands who donated their time for free!
